Which ink should we choose for inkjet printing?
A: Please kindly contact our sales manager, InkMall Team will recommend suitable inks according to your requirement.
What's the difference of Golden Yellow and Lemon Yellow
GY(golden yellow) and LY (lemon yellow) is all used for eco solvent printer;
1. GY provdies features more weather durability; suitable for some areas that
have large temperature difference between day and night;
2. LY offers bright color printing, great for leather printing;
Do you support OEM service?
A: We can offer OEM/ODM service, includes customized logo, label. We provide one-stop service.
Any warranty about your inks?
A: Inkmall will be responsible to the damage cause by Inkmall’s ink.
1. For damage inks during shipping, please take a picture of the problem ink, and give a quantity of each color.
2. Any problem caused by InkMall's ink during printing, our technical people will check with your side.
3. Problem ink will be exchanged by Inkmall
